HOW CAN I APPLY MY PROMO CODE?

You will receive a Promo code only for Monthly and Yearly services AFTER you have made a purchase. Once you have received your code it does not have an expiration date and is good for the next service/add-ons you purchase.

CAN I DO A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes you can, we will ask for a 10% deposit with your first payment. If you select this option you will have the option to split the payment Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly according to the plan you’ve selected.

DELIVERY

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PLAN ONCE I’VE RECEIVED IT?

You will receive a private google drive folder that will contain all the information you need. You do not need to download the lesson plan, but the option is available to you. The lesson plan and all documents are printable to allow for easy access to worksheets, quizzes and other information.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY FORM, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes you will have the opportunity to revise your form if you believe you’ve made any changes.

WEEKLY LESSON PLAN DELIVERY

After we have received your payment for your lesson plan, you will receive your plan in 3-4 business days

MONTHLY LESSON PLAN DELIVERY

After we receive your payment for your lesson plan, you will receive you plan in 7-10 business days

YEARLY LESSON PLAN DELIVERY

Due to this being our longest and largest service. You will not receive a full years plan at one time. You will receive your plan (or overview) on the 25th of each month for the following month until your end service date.

I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER, CAN I HAVE THE OPTION OF BEING MAILED MY PLANS?

We understand that not every household has the privilege of owning or having access to printers. If you are finding trouble printing out your plan you will have the option of selecting MAIL OUT PLANS in your submission form. Please note your plans creation time with USPS guaranteed overnight shipping delivery. *Additional fees will be included for this option

I HAVE TWINS/MULTIPLES HOW CAN I ADD THEM TO A PLAN?

You can add them to the plan when you are completing the lesson plan form. When you’ve completed the form for one child it will ask you if you would like to fill out another form and it’s there you will complete a form for another child.

CAN MORE THAN ONE KID SHARE A PLAN?

The method we use in our program is a personalised and curated plan structured for your child. This service is not a one size fits all because education is not a one size fits all community. We strive to provide the absolute best for your child and it will only be unbeneficial for your child.

HOW DO I APPLY ADD-ONS

When filling out your form you will be given the option to select add-ons specified for the plan you chose.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PLAN AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes you can, if you want to sign up for the ELA plan and History plan you will simply select the plan you like

I DON’T WANT THE ELA/ENGLISH PLAN. CAN I SELECT ANOTHER?

Yes you can opt to not have the ELA/English plan when filling out your form you will be asked if you want to continue with that plan. *Please note all other plans will require an additional fee

HOW DO I RECEIVE A NEWSLETTER?

When you submit your form you will be asked for email and there you will be signed up for our monthly Newsletter informing you of any specials, discounts, or additions to our services.

I’M GOING ON VACATION DOES THAT AFFECT MY PLAN?

It does not affect your plan, however it will push your plan back if you have selected a monthly or yearly plan. The plans are created to be used during a certain time frame due to their personalisation. However if you know you’re going on vacation beforehand please relay that information on your form so that we can plan accordingly to your schedule prior to creating your plan.

HOW DO I START MY PLAN FOR (WeTeach)?

Once you have been confirmed and processed your payment, you will receive a folder containing your plan for the time frame you’ve selected. You can begin in the recommended time or begin when you feel comfortable. Do not hesitate to email me if you are having difficulty beginning, this may be new for you and we are here to assist you through every step.

HOW DO I START MY PLAN FOR (ITeach)

Once you have processed your form and payment gathering details about your hours of service we will be able to begin with the lesson in 7-10 business days. It takes efficiency to ensure that your child is not only getting their academic needs met, but emotional and social needs as well and the planning to create the custom course for your child requires diligence.
