The Perfect Breakfast Bowl!

Sometimes making eggs and waffles are simply daunting. You are hungry but don’t really want to whip up any actual food. Try my recipe for a perfect vegan smoothie bowl that’ll keep you full for hours and will make everyone jealous!

Organic Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl is generally just a smoothie that is thicker in consistency and wouldn’t normally be drunk through a straw. Being pregnant and use to the difficult teacher schedule my body never ate breakfast. Now that I am required to provide nutrients to both my baby and myself I had to change that habit. There’s many ways you can create your perfect bowl. Scroll for my favourite ingredients!


  • Frozen fruits mix (strawberries, wild blueberries, mango, pineapple)
  • 1 Whole banana
  • Purified Water
  • Organic Flakseed
  • Organic Chia seed


  • Sweetened Coconut Shavings
  • Organic Whole Walnuts
  • Organic Pecans
  • Homemade Granola
