Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Blissful Connections LLC and Blissful Births, we are committed to providing high-quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for services rendered.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by the Client:
  • Clients may cancel their appointment or service by providing written notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation by the Provider:
  • If Blissful Connections LLC or Blissful Births needs to cancel an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered rescheduling options or a full refund of any deposits made.

2. Refund Policy

  • Services Rendered:
  • Due to the nature of our services, all payments for services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to consultations, workshops, and any other services rendered.
  • Deposits:
  • For services that require a deposit, if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the scheduled service, the deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 6 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Exceptional Circumstances:
  • In the case of extenuating circumstances (such as a medical emergency or family crisis), please contact us directly to discuss potential options for rescheduling or refunds.
