We’re thrilled to announce that Rooted in Wisdom has partnered with the powerful IRTH Without the Bias initiative to bring free mental health therapy to our community through the Black Girl MHO Foundation’s Voucher Program.

As an IRTH Ambassador, Rooted in Wisdom stands committed to confronting racial bias in healthcare and amplifying community-centred healing. This partnership reflects our ongoing mission to support women, birthing people, and families physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through this collaboration, we’re offering free therapy sessions with licensed therapists of colour who understand the unique cultural, generational, and systemic pressures many of us carry, especially those navigating motherhood, grief, trauma, or transition.

This offering allows our community to receive affirming, trauma-informed care from professionals who see and understand them, without the burden of financial barriers.
