Join us for a one-day wellness retreat designed for women of faith. Rooted in biblical healing, sisterhood, and spiritual nourishment, Healed & Whole is a gentle pause in a world that rarely slows down.

You’ll experience scripture-led self-care, nourishing meals, peaceful movement, and healing spaces that honour both body and spirit.

• Opening prayer & scripture-based breathwork
• Herbal tea bar & biblically inspired meals

• Sacred journaling & quiet reflection
